This hotel had an excellent location, it was close to many popular sights and landmarks. The rooms were also quite spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our city break. the staff was always friendly and accommodating, providing us with great customer service throughout our stay.
There were a few negative aspects to our experience. there were some issues with the towels, we had to ask for them every time and sometimes it was a struggle to get enough for the whole family.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as I could easily walk to the market and explore this city. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and all the hotel facilities were well maintained. The staff was excellent and provided great service during my stay. Additionally, I found the price to be very reasonable.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Voor mijn maandelijkse trip naar de stad was de locatie van het hotel geweldig. Het was dichtbij theaters, Mayfair en Soho. Gelukkig was het handig voor een bezoek aan Chinatown, Piccadilly en Leicester Square.
Helaas was de kamer een grote teleurstelling. Het sanitair was oud en versleten, met roestplekken en vieze tegels.

The hotel's location was amazing, just a stone's throw away from the bustling market. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the bathroom was clean, though the absence of a shower curtain seemed to be the norm in this part of the world. the staff was friendly and always willing to help, making our stay hassle-free. They offered a delicious breakfast spread, which was a great way to start the day. the hotel was a great value for the price and exceeded our expectations.
The hotel had its shortcomings, with some minor issues such as the need for more towels in our room. these were minor inconveniences that did not detract from our overall positive experience.
